Refund & Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

• Human Hair Products (Wigs, Extensions, Units): Non-returnable and non-exchangeable for hygiene and safety reasons.

• Hair Care Products: Non-returnable once opened or used.

• Custom Orders: Non-cancelable and non-refundable once production has begun.

• Defective Items: If you believe your order is defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos for review. Upon inspection, we may issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Note: Failure to follow our recommended hair care instructions will void any replacement consideration.
