All hair products are sold as described. It is the buyer’s responsibility to read all product details before purchasing.
2. Order Processing & Payment

All orders must be paid in full before processing.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Processing times vary by product type:

Custom Wigs & Units: 7–10 business days (Rush: 5–7 business days if hair is confirmed on hand).

Hair Extensions & Hair Care Products: 3–5 business days.

Processing Times

All orders require 1–3 business days for processing before shipment.

Custom units may require additional time; any extended processing times will be noted in the product description.
Shipping Methods & Costs

We ship all orders via FedEx with tracking information provided.

Standard Shipping: $20
- Express Shipping: $60

Express shipping options may be available at an additional cost, also calculated at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing.

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days after processing.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary depending on location, weather, and carrier service levels.
Responsibility & Claims

Once packages are in the carrier’s possession, Totally Sheer Hair is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged shipments.

Any delivery issues (such as misdelivery, damage, or delays) must be filed directly with FedEx.

We recommend monitoring your tracking information closely to ensure successful delivery.

4. Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final due to the nature of our products (human hair, custom units, hair care products).

We do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene and safety reasons.

If there is a manufacturer defect, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos/videos for review.

Approval for a replacement or store credit is at our sole discretion.
5. Product Care & Liability

Totally Sheer Hair is not responsible for improper installation, coloring, chemical processing, or maintenance performed outside of our services.
