Processing Times

• Custom Wigs & Units: 7–14 business days. Rush orders: 5–7 business days (hair must be confirmed on hand).

• Hair Extensions & Hair Care Products: 3–5 business days.

• Processing times exclude weekends and holidays.

Shipping Times

• Domestic orders: 2–7 business days after processing.
  

Carriers & Tracking

• We ship via Fedex and provide tracking via email.

• Once shipped, Totally Sheer Hair is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages.

Address Accuracy

• Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
